Did check the house and did find 2-casement windows that have been opened. One had a broken pane where the lock was opened and the panel forced opened on the east side. Did find where the casement window was forced opened and did find some clothing on the ground and some tools also on the ground. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to have the property secured and will try and screw all the windows shut at this time. Did have the drill and was able to have all the windows screwed shut while on site. The doors were still secured with the screws at this time. The posting are still on the front window. Did not do a N.O.V. due to the other posting were still on the property and the owner has died. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
