Description:

The gully where the water runs needs to be cleaned out and mowed. Large amounts of grass/shrubbery in gully and not allowing water to flow. Especially where the sisterns are behind my house. Lots of trash in gully, clogging it up as well. Trash along alley, strewn on both sides of "bridge". Some illegal dumping of tree branches and a piano in alley by the sisterns as well. thanks guys for all you do. Appreciate your time
