09/03/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE, ORIGINAL COMPLAINT WAS FOR ACTIVE A/C LEAK. NOW THERE WERE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS THAT HAVE ALL BEEN ADDRESSED. A/C IS WORKING AND DRYWALL PATCHED. THE DISHWASHER HAS BEEN REMOVED AND SPACE FILLED IN WITH PLYWOOD AND PAINTED SAME COLOR AS CABIINETS. SCREENS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED. I EXPLAINED TO OCCUPANT LOUIS THAT WE DID NOT INSPECT FOR MOLD. LOUIS STATED HIS LEASE WAS UP AT THE END OF SEPT AND WOULD NOT BE RENEWING HIS LEASE. ALL ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED.
