COMPLEX ELEVATED AND MUCH HIGHER THAN THE STREETS SPEEDWAY OR GOEBEL, SO THAT WHEN A PERSON LOOKS TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE EAST HEADING WEST IT IS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO SEE NOT BECAUSE OF THE VEGETATION BUT BECAUSE OF THE ELEVATED LOT FROM THE STREET AND THE DRIVE CLIMBING FROM SPEEDWAY TO THE APT LEVEL, IF A PERSON DRIVES SLOW ENOUGH, THEY WOULD SEE THE ONCOMING TRAFIC FROM THE EAST. THERE IS NO EASY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. IT MAY BE A BUILDING ISSUE AND ALL PRIOR INSPECTIONS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND FINALED.
