08/12/2019 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(a) ACCUMULATION OF VEGETATION PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of the accumulation or untended growth of vegetation. The accumulation or untended growth of vegetation means the presence of plants on property that create a fire, safety or health hazard, or that attract vermin either on the property, on neighboring properties, or on both, and includes but is not limited to: (1) Any lawn grass that exceeds 6 inches in height; (2) All weeds that exceed 6 inches in height; (3) Dead trees and dead shrubs; (4) Dead palm fronds within ten feet of the ground, a structure, a fence or wall, or of any combustible other than the tree from which the fronds have grown; (5) Any tree, shrub, or other form of vegetation of any kind on the property or on the adjoining right-of-way, street, or alley that extends over or under the sidewalk space or roadway in a manner that may interfere with the reasonable use of the street, sidewalk, or alley for pedestrian or vehicular traffic of any kind or that may obstruct the view or light distribution of traffic-control devices or luminaries. Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade.
08/12/2019 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

Did meet with the person and is having trouble staying with the places that he has been sent to to stay. Did to the posting of 72 hours to Vacate on the tree and will check on Thrusday. Did have a shopping cart with food in it and he stated that that was his. Will do N.O.V. due to not able to make contact with the owner. RV.
10/30/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The camp was cleaned and the person piled the trash and debris on the fence. T.P.D. was on site and called inspector Goodman and Morales to help clean the area and remove the trash and debris and take it to the dumpster on 10th Ave. and 22nd St. The area is cleaned at this time. The other trash and debris that was on the property has been removed. Not able to find someone who is a representative for the property. At this time the case will be closed and the property is desert vegetation. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
