Will have the tenants make arrangement with manager, dont see any hesitation on the managers side of this case. Fencing was all fixed again, no issues around pool today |

They did not find any leaks in the entire unit however because of the complaint caulked all the way around the bedroom ceiling area. Cooling system was operational and working fine management had Carlos sign a paper that all was okay and a copy was given to me. Will move to close out this case |
