08/28/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Talk to a family member and the tenant was not home at this time and is on her way from a trip that has been gone for 3-weeks. This property is a duplex and no one home at 1305 S. Wilson Ave. Did find 2-recycle containers that were filled with trash and debris and had white plastic bags in the containers. Will call the owner to let them know. RV.
