Arrived and the brother of the owner was found on the property in the rear of the pick up truck parked in the front of the property. Did find the plywood covering on the property and was able to re-secure the openings with the same plywood where removed from the front windows and the doors to the house and the storage room. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the opening re-secured. The electrical was turned back on into the house and has not been checked for compliance by Code Enforcement. Was able to get into the house and has made improvements and not able to remain in the house. The electrical was approved on 8-2-19 but the inspector was not in the house. Did advised that the name change has not happened and needs to be changed soon or will not be let in the house to to do any work until the name change has been done. No N.O.V. issued due to the owner have died and the brother was found outside the house. The breaker to the house was turned off at this time until make contact with the electrician. Need to check if the inspector went inside the house. The house is re-secured at this time. RV. |
