08/02/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through house. Arrived and all the units still on site and a vehicle hit 7-vehicles in aparment complex parking lot across the street and damage those vehicles and cross the street hit a utility pole, a tree the house which was a wood frame with wood siding on a masonry foundation. The foundation was knocked down or pushed on the west side of the house. 3-3050 DH wood frame windows were damaged by broken glass or the frame was split. The gas line to the house on the wall had a union that broken at the end of the treads and the gas meter was pinned due to the gas line was bent. SWG was on site and did check the area and had to clear the line to clear the gas from the line. T.E.P. was site to check the pole where hit with the vehicle and was OK at this time. The meter was pulled due to the damage to the house and the wall may require being moved where the electrical panel is located. The tenants were on site and did let them know that the house will be condemned and that Redcross was on their way for placement for the night. The tenant signed the paperwork due to the owner was out of town at this time. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site due to the owner was not able to have the property secured. The property was under crime scene and had to wait for ID to show for the pictures.
08/05/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. The tenant is still working on removing the items out of the house. Still looking for a place to stay. At this time the case will be closed per the owner working with the insurance company and getting a contractor to do the work. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
