09/26/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Trailer #223 Hawaii, met with the owner. States is working with the managemert team of the meadows mhp. They secured off the area and working with a Engineer on redoing the gunite. I had spoke to Dave Roberts from PDSD before on this case as he respond to this case initially. He stated this is a private property issues between the two parties. Once they firgured out how to repair or replace the gunite slab they would need to bring this project into PDSD for possible permits. But at this point its a private property issue. Make contact again today with Pam and owner was in. Both very cooperative they state they have been working with the neighboring property owners on the situation and engineers, once plans are settled they will be going to PDSD. Manger states that the gunite wall is not the parks but rather the Research Court LLC. They have been working together on the problem. Will move to close out this case.
