07/31/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from the supervisor Martin Romero that the calls came in for sewer going to the neghbors property. Arrived and found no sewer leaking at this time. Did find where a trench has been made and shaped with concrete and drains into another trench that goes toward the neighbors property. The clean out has a hole in the cap that allows the water to flow out of the sewer line when back up. Did call the owner and will come and change the cap to not have the hole and the drain. The trench will need to be changed to not drain to the neighbors property if to remain on the property. While on the property did notice that the parking lot has been re-paved and marked with new parking spaces. RV.
09/03/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The owner has placed a new cap on the clean out and no more water from the sewer line when back up comes out of the clean out. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
