07/31/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the tenants and went over the roof leaking and where the drywall was removed in the areas that leaked. One bedroom has loose or bubbles where the roof leaks and not wet at this time. The other bedroom has the drywall pulled down and the ceiling area is opened at this time. The insulation has been pulled down and some on the floor or hanging from the ceiling. The areas appears to be wet but may be stained at this time. The tenants are remaining in the unit at this time. Did go to the office and no one there and was locked. Will check tomorrow. RV.
08/01/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Did go to the site and the manager was on site and stated that the unit is being worked on at this time. Did go to the unit and no one inside the unit but could hear the workers on the roof. Did go back to the office to serve the N.O.V. and go over that they have 10 days to make the repairs or the citation will be done. Did go over that a water test can be done on the roof and does not have to wait for the rain. The work was going to be done on the interior today with the drywall. Will check in 10 days. RV.
