Arrived and the units were still on site and had the occupant removed from the property. Not able to find the owner of the property and did walk the property with the officers. The house has been ran sack with items being tossed around. All the outlets have been removed and smashed with a sledge hammer though out the house. The light fixtures have been removed or damaged with some exposed wiring where removed. Holes in the walls and ceilings through out. The main panel on the interior has been tampered with and damaged. There is no clear path to the doors and windows where all the items in the house has been tossed on the floor. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the N.O.V. to Vacate next to the posting due to not able to find the owner. The front door was locked and had screws placed on the metal security door. Did have the electrical removed at the meter and the gas meter was pinned and will require a reconnect permit to have the gas and the electric turned back on. The house will need to be check for min. housing condition before re-occupied. RV. |
