Description:

Roof is sagging, noticed from the street/front of the home added 7/31/19 Black mold inside of home with swamp cooler in use, can be smelled from my porch so is obviously airborne. Entire hall ceiling has collapsed due to cooler line leaking and neglecting regular maintenance. Address 07/31/2019House is infested with bed bugs. Tenant has moved infested furniture out side to carport/yard adjoining our property, about 20 feet from our carport door. Black widow infestation that we have constantly had to respray our property line and porches to keep them away with two babies in the home.
