07/31/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one in the house at this time and has the utilities on. Did knock on the door with no answer. Was able to look around and found a pool in the rear yard. The gate was opened on the side of the house to the rear yard and found the pool showing green water and appears to have the algae on the walls. The water appears to be cleaned. While on site a person showed and was in the process of removing the water from the pool and has got a submersible pump to have the water drained from the pool. The owner is out of state at this time and the person on site has been in contact with someone talking to the owner. The property is cleaned through out the property and was advised that the property was just cleaned up in the past few days. Will check the pool on Monday. RV.
12/11/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved At this time have had no more calls on the pool and the mosquitos from the neighbors. The house is still vacant and secured and the pool is cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
