07/17/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Did meet with the tenants and the unit is being worked on and parts are missing. Due to the heat at this time, did meet with the manager and they were given another room to go to, to cool off. They did have 2- cooling units in the unit but was having trouble keeping them on together due to popping the breakers. They could only keep one on at a time. The manager was going to call the person working on the unit and give the key to the tenants. RV.
07/17/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The tenants did call and the unit was working at this time. Did advised that they will need time to cool the unit due to how hot it is and need to cool the walls and the furniture in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
