07/15/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that a call came in for sewage on the ground comimg out of the unit. Arrived and no one on site. Did find a ABS pipe that has been added and appears to be for a sink. The vent pipe to the roof was lacking and the pipes that were added were backed up at this time. Did call the manager and he called a plumber to clear the line. Did not stay on the property due to the plumber had a 2-hour ETA. The manager was going to call when the line was cleared. Will check in the morning. RV.
08/12/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The vent pipe has been installed and all is working. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
