Assistant manager stated AC guys from Tron is on site. Met with technician of Tron who is currently on site and putting refrigerant into the system. States he would need maybe another hour but he thinks that he could get it back to 100%. Tried to make contact with apartment 17 knocked on the door several times however no answer. Went back to the manager's office and met with Kim. We walked the swimming pool area with the manager and showed her three areas where pickets are missing. She stated she has more pickets in the storage room and will have the maintenance guy take care of that when the next couple hours. A notice of violation was given for 24 hours will follow up tomorrow she stated she would give me a call as soon as it is done today |
