Aerosol from Body Shop that is painting with out a paint booth. 5 houses with evaporative coolers suck in aerosol/ over spray landing on residents vehicles. All work is done usually between midnight & 6 am. They either do open air or they put up a few tarps, but it is not sealed and not EPA standard
