When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

Front door window showed more storage along the interior of the home what looks to be cases of water however this is in the interior of the unit and was not able to get into the structure as I knocked on the door no one answered. backyard has chain link fencing wood slats at least 5 ft tall. Was able to see into the backyard were they had storage under rear porch area and storage along the rear of the structure. Area is screened properly and does not come near the storage limit. Will give a notice of violation for the violations I do have
10/23/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Follow to find front yard and front door inside was abated. Rear yard storage is behind block wall and screened fence, this is proper sceening, will close out this case
