07/03/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site to check the fire damage that was yesterday. The electrical was cut at the pole for the resturant area and the sleeping area was also cut due to not able to check where the second panel stopped at on the west side of the property. Will need an electrical contractor to come to the site to check where the second panel covers and that may be able to turn back on once checked. The main panel where the fire was needs to be all re-done with new and may require an upgrade due to involved in the fire. Has a gas meter in the middle of the building and the bathrooms and does not have the proper clearance and may require to be moved to another location. The bathrooms, storage room and the refrigerator may have to be moved due to the setbacks were not met at this time with a Zero lot line with the structures. The fire enter the upper unit through the window and did smoke damage and burned by the window area in the interior of the room. Holes were made in the ceiling to check for fire in the rafters. Did meet with the owner of the business and went over on what needs to be done to get the electrical back on and getting the permit for the correction due to the fire damage. The owners are checking with the insurance company on the damage of the fire. RV.

CLEAN UP OF RESTARAUNT WAS COSMETIC AND CLEAN UP MONITERED BY PIMA COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. SECOND STORY UNIT ALSO DID NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
