The fire investigators on site checking for cause which someone sprayed lighter fluid and started the fire. The fire was a content fire and was contained to the office area only. The fire damage was more smoke damage than fire damage. The window a 8040 XOX was broken on the fixed portion. The maintenance was on site was able to have the window secured. The manager was on site and she will be securing the office. She was able to get the needed items from the office and moved to unit 104 for the temp. office. Did do the Do Not Enter on the door to the office and the manager will control who enters the office. The manager signed the paperwork while on site. All the utilities were left on and the tenants will remain in their units. The only area with fire damage was the office. Some units had smoke and were left opened to be aired out. At this time the case will be closed due to will be working with the insurance and a contractor will be doing the work. Violatin Abated, Close Case. RV. |
