07/01/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with manager Kim. Ask her about unit number 17 which she responded that this tenant just put in a work order last Friday also stated tenant is unable to pay for July 1st bill so she is late on her month payment. I let her know I was on site and I would be meeting with the tenant. Met with tenets of number 17 who showed me into the interior. Master bedroom with hole in the sheetrock stating that water comes through the ceiling saw a bucket on the ground and water in it. Stage water is also coming through the vent in the bathroom above the toilet. Shower does not properly drain in master bedroom shower. next show me into the kitchen area where one door is missing. Kitchen area with one strip of tile up and in second bathroom another Strip by the tub. Switch to thermometer was missing. Did feel air coming out of the vents and they registered with are coming out approximately at 83 degrees. Outside temperature is over a hundred and five today. Advise the tenant I would have been addressing the issues with management in a notice of violation but would talk to them before I left. Met with management and let them know I would be back with a notice of violation on Tuesday they understood and wanted to start work on the issues today. Met with tenant and the maintenance guy also showed up at the unit to start addressing the issues. Will follow up tomorrow
07/02/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with manager Kim and the maintenance man. We went through the notice of violation they stated they had started work on the unit but had not finished I told him the most critical one was the five-day notice now would be returning next week. They understood and would have a lot of it done. Will follow up
