06/24/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.E.P. called and has a house where the electrical has been removed and showing it's on. Arrived and the gates are locked and not able to enter into the property. Was able to check the panel and the electrical is off at this time. Does have broken windows but has a masonry wall that is about 7' up through out and not able to see the area from the street. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
