03/10/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site and met with the tenant. The tenant stated that he was going to work soon if could come back tomorrow. Will meet at 12:30 PM tomorrow. There is a smell of cats coming from the open door. RV.
03/11/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the site and no one at home. Did hear a dog in the unit. Did call the owner and she called me back. Did let the owner know what I was doing on the property and she advised me that the unit is cleaned and has no issues. The owner was in the unit at the end of the month of Febuary to meet with the tenant. Did let her know that roaches, dog being kept in the unit and unsanitary condition were the issues of the complaint. The owner stated that those issues from another tenant maybe but not at this time. The owner is stating that the unit is cleaned with no issues. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
