06/20/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GOODMAN | Approved | VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THEY HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE ISSUE AND HAD SENT MAINTANENCE OVER RIGHT AWAY AND SNAKED THE SEWER LINE FROM BEHIND THE TOILET AND FOUND A STOPPAGE THAT LOOKED LIKE BABY WIPES BUT CLOG WAS CLEARED AND THEY DID CLEAN ALL SEWAGE WATER FROM THE FLOOR WITH THEIR OWN SHOP VACS. THE MAINTANENECE PEOPLE DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CLEAN UP EXCEPT THE TUB NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHERE THE OCCUPANT HAD LEFT ALL HER CLOTHES, KIDS CLOTHES, TOYS AND OTHER BELONGINGS ON THE FLOOR. MAINTANENCE ASKED SHE REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE FLOOR SO THAT THE CARPETS COULD BE CLEANED. THE OCCUPANT HAD BEEN PUT UP IN A HOTEL ROOM AND SAID SHE WOULD COME BACK TO PICK UP THE APARTMENT. A NOV WAS NOT ISSUED DUE TO WORK IN PROGRESS, STOPAGE HAD BEEN CLEARED, THE TWO CLEAN OUTS IN THE REAR OF THE STRUCTURE CHECKED AND SNAKED WITH NO PROBLEMS AND THE WATER REMOVED WAITING ONLY FOR TENNANT TO PICK UP THE APARTMENT AND CARPETS TO BE CLEANED. ALL WORK WAS IN PROGRESS AND GOING WELL. |

06/24/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | RECEIVED A CALL FROM OCCUPANT WHO STATED NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT. I ASKED IF SHE HAD REMOVED EVERYTHING OFF THE FLOOR SO THAT THE CARPETS COULD BE CLEANED, SHE STATED SHE WAS THERE TO DO THAT, AND WOULD HAVE THAT COMPLETED. THIS WAS 3 TO 3:30 IN THE AFTERNOON AND SHE WAS JUST GETTING TO CLEAN UP HER THINGS ONE DAY AFTER THE BACK UP. I CONTACTED MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THEY HAD NOT COMPLETED CLEAN UP BECAUSE THE OCCUPANT HAD NOT DONE WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO. I ASKED FOR REGIONAL MANAGERS NUMBER, SPOKE WITH KIM WHO WAS ALSO AWARE OF THE SITUATION. SHE STATED THEIR CARPET CLEAN UP WAS CONTACTED AND WAITING FOR A TECH TO CLEAR FROM ANOTHER JOB, BUT ACTUALLY FIRST AVAILABLE PERSON WOULD COME TO CLEAN THE CARPETS, BUT THAT TENNANT HAD NOT PICKED UP BELONGINGS FROM THE FLOOR. KIM ASSURED ME CARPETS WOULD BE CLEANED AND MAINTANENCE WOULD HELP THE OCCUPANT PICK THINGS UP OFF THE FLOOR IF NEEDED, BUT TENNANT NOT ALLOWING ANYONE IN. MAINTANENCE ALREADY WAITING TO CLEAN AND BLEACH THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AT THE TIME OF KIMS CALL. KIM FELT IT WAS TOTAL MIS COMMUNICATION ON ALL SIDES |
