06/08/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units were starting to pick up and they were checking for had spots. The fire was in the atttic area where the exhaust fan was in the ceiling in the luandry room. Drywall was pulled downe or it fell from the water used in the attic. There is no other damage to the other rooms. The electrical and the gas has been removed at the meters due to the amount of damage from the fire. The house was being used as a care home and had 4-people in the house at the time of the fire. They were all placed in other homes in the area until they figure out where everyone will be staying until the repairs are completed. The manager was on site and she signed the paperwork and the owner of the house are out of state. There is a property manager and the manger was not sure who it was due to the book with the info was taken with the people taken to the other location. Did go over on coming back to get the items removed once all the people have been placed in the new care home. The manager will call the owner once she gets to the book with the info. At this time the case will be closed due to the owner will have to work with the insurance company and a contractor. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
