06/07/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED THE SITE, FIRST MET WITH THE MAINTANENCE SUPERVISOR WHO STATED THE STAIRS TO THE 2ND FLOOR WALKWAY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED OFF BECAUSE OF SEVERE CRAKING TO THE WALK WAY AREA APPROX 8FT AND MANAGEMENT FELT IT WAS DANGEROUS ENOUGH THAT IT NEEDED TO BE BLOCKED UNTIL REPAIRS COULD BE MADE, UNFORINATELY THEY ARE TODAY JUST COMPLETING THE REPAIRS. I WALKED TO BUILDING "D" AREA IN QUESTION AND DID FIND CONCRETE REPAIRS WERE IN TH EPROCESS OF BEING COMPLETED, SPOKE TO MAINTANENCE PERSON ONSITE WHO STATED THEY HAD REMOVE THE ENTIRE 8 FT OF WALKWAY REPLACED EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE JOISTS AND REPLACED THE WALKWAY JUST AS IT WAS, AND ARE NOW FINISHING THE CONCRETE. UPON MY ARRIVAL CONCRETE FOR THE WALKWAY WAS DOWN AND BEING FINISHED. I HAD NO ISSUES WITH WHAT I FOUND. CALLER WAS WELL AWARE OF ISSUES AND THERE WAS NO FIRE IN THE AREA AS COMPLAINT HAD STATED. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
