06/05/2019 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-4. PERMITS REQUIRED. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city. The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe.

06/04/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved While on another inspection, the tenants came out and stated that they are having the same issues on the mobile home has next door. The mobile home was checked and the AC window unit was turned on and the lights went on and off while the AC unit was running. Did get maintenance to come to the site and the electrical was checked and found double lugging, an interior box that was on the exterior of the pedistal and was weathered and rusted on the interior of the panel where the breaker was located. Met with the management and will do N.O.V. RV.
07/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The outside repairs have been completed by the pedistal area. The tenants have not said if the interior electrical is OK. Did meet with the manager and are in the process of checking on the interior electrical issues if they have been resolved since the repairs have been completed. Will check in 10 days or they will call to meet on site. RV.
