| 06/04/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | While on another inspection, the tenants came out and stated that they are having the same issues on the mobile home has next door. The mobile home was checked and the AC window unit was turned on and the lights went on and off while the AC unit was running. Did get maintenance to come to the site and the electrical was checked and found double lugging, an interior box that was on the exterior of the pedistal and was weathered and rusted on the interior of the panel where the breaker was located. Met with the management and will do N.O.V. RV. |
| 07/08/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VIDAL | Approved | The outside repairs have been completed by the pedistal area. The tenants have not said if the interior electrical is OK.
