Arrived and the units were still on site looking for hot spots. 2-sprinkler heads went off and flooded the concrete floor near the dock area. No damage to the interior of the building other than some smoke damage when the overhead door was opened to check the interior for fire. 2-semi trailers were parked on the northwest corner of the building and the trailers burned and are a total lost. The metal siding on the exterior has some heat damage but the area is secured. Did have material and storage in the area on the interior and not damage to those items. United Fire was called due to no owner or tenant on site. The 2-sprinkler heads were replaced and the fire system was back on line. No N.O.V. done due to the fire system was back on line and the semi trailers will be removed by Wednesday and on the exterior of the building. The building will be able to remain in business. At this time the case will be closed due to will be working with the insurance company on the building damage and the semi trailers were rented. The building will be secured once the area has been cleaned and dried out from the water on the floor. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
