05/31/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Had a fire next door and the unit got smoke in the unit and the roof leaked from the water on the roof from fighting the fire. There is no structure fire damage other than smoke on the walls next to the unit that burned. The electrical was removed at the pole due to was connected to the building that burned and the electrical was did not exist due to the conduilt was involved in the fire. The electrical was removed at the pole. The tenant was allowed into the unit to clean the water off the items in the building. The smoke was still in the unit and the doors were opened to air out the unit. Gave the tenant the N.O.V. to Vacate and the N.O.V. for the permits are required. The electrical will have to be re-done with a new service to the building to get the power back on. At this time the case will be closed due to the insurance company will be involved and a contractor will have to get the permits due to the new service. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
