05/31/2019	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units still on site and the fire is still actived. Has 3-ladder trucks going and still spraying water on the fire. The roof has collapsed and the building is a total lost. The electrical was removed at the pole and has no gas to the building. The brick on the front of the building at the parapet area has fallen when the roof collapsed. The owner of the business did show to the property and he signed the paperwork while on site. Did let him know that the building is a total lost and will have to get with the owner to get back into the building once he signs the paperwork. Inspector Goodmand was called to the site to take over the scene and the investigation was going to be done with a warrant.
06/03/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The building was vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed. The owner will be working with the insurance company and will need to get a contractor and permits to re-build the structure. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
