05/26/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were still on site and were still trying to find fire in the attic and venting the building. The fire was in the attice area of Bowstring trusses in the area of 4809, 4813, 4815 and 4817 E. Speedway Blvd. The fire was in the rear of the building and the fire got into the attic space and carried in-between the spaced of the fire wall of masonry wall. Only smoke was in this building and the fire alarm was going off and was not able to have it reset. The property manager did come to the site and was able to re-set the alarm and the building was OK. At that time the manager was locking the building due to the unit was completed with the investigation. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
