05/26/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Had a fire in the rear of the building where a portapotty was set on fire. The fire got into the attic area and burned the bowstring trusses. The purlins in-between the trusses did fall in some of the area where burned through. The drywall fell in the ceiling where the water was being used in the roof to put the fire out. The area was for a martial art gym and the mats were also damage in the fire with the trash and debris on top of the mats. The electrical was removed at the pole due to was having trouble with the water coming down the roof. No gas to the building. Did do the posting on the front door area and the locks were changed by a lock smith that the property manager called to the site. At this time the case will be closed due to working with the insurance company and the contractor. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
