This is not the only sign in the area on this property. The property has multiple stores on the property and all have signs that light at night. Did call Brain Wiese from the sign department and he is checking if there is an issue on the property due to the sign has been permitted in the past. RV.
04/01/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to Brain Wiese from the signs section and the Ward office has dealt with this issue and the sign was approved and was before the lighting code was approved. This sign will not be address under the Code Enforcement at this time and if any other issues will be address under a civil matter. If this issues does come back and needs to be address, the Ward office needs to be called to address the issue. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
