05/20/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was diving by and checked the electrical and was not done correct. Did call the maintenance man and he came to the site to have the electrical removed. The life line was removed and replaced with romex line and not for exterior use. The connection has by-passed the breaker and the meter and was connected directly to the feeds. Had no disconnect means for the electrical. Rob did come to the site and all the electrical was disconnected and the pedistal was blanked off and will need to make contact with him before the power can be re-stored. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front window and did a N.O.V. to Vacate and placed it on the door in side. No one home and no answered when called on the phone. The maintenance man will have control on the electrical and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
