09/21/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Stop by the site and has no lighting that is violation at this time. Has no parking lot due to is a residential property. Did see a parking lot across the street that belongs to an apartment complex and that does have lighting in the parking carports.
