05/14/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. was on site with people in the unit. T.P.D. did remove 3-people from the unit. The building has no utilities at this time. Once the people were removed they were given time to remove the items out of the building. Did call the owner and he came to the site and had the building secured. Did have a house in front and that was also checked if anyone in the house. This property has been secured before due to lacking the utilities for lack of payment. The owner signed the paperwork and than left the site. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the garage door in the alley. RV.
