Behind the YARDZ Apartments at Turquoise Vista & Juarez St in the Through-way Alley which is a continuation of Juarez St The address above on Kolb is the" YARDZ apartments" but the problem is on Juarez St in the ALLEY PORTION BEHIND THE COMPLEX (Residents do park on that One-Way through way.) This is off of Turquiose Vista across from E JUAREZ Street, turn RIGHT(WEST) behind the complex, and go just past Building "C". There is an OLEANDER bush across from a utility box which needs to be trimmed back as it impinges on the alley way and also overhangs SCRATCHING our SCHOOL BUS while picking up a BLIND STUDENT. Also there are a couple other trees which need to be trimmed as they are beginning to infringe up & down the alley way. 07/10/19 Fake handicapped parking sign where no handicapped space
