04/29/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.E.P. called that the unit has been turned off for non-payment since October of 2018 and has the power on at this time. Arrived and the meter from unit #107 has been removed and placed on this unit of 207. The unit 107 is vacant and secured at this time. Did call the manager and she showed to the site. The unit has been vacated due to lacking payment and was evicted on Thursday. Did check the unit and was vacant and secured. Did check the interior of the unit and all the items are still in the unit and the tenants had broken into the unit on Saturday. At this time the unit is vacant and the management has changed the locks. At this time the case will be closed and the meter was blanked including 107. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
