There is a white male in his 20's who has been occupying this corner at all hours of the day soliciting donations from the occupants of vehicles stopped at the intersection. Please also inspect the vacant lot on this corner with an address of 3545 N. Tucson Blvd for a possible homeless encampment as this individual has not appeared to have left the area for over a week.
