06/04/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the supervisor of the company at this time and they had a broken water line on 4-15-19 and the area had water standing at this time due to ponding due to the amount of water that was leaked. The pipe was repaired by 4-19-19 but still had the water soaked into the ground and was moist for awhile until it dried. Did check the area of Vine Street and found no water in the rear yards of the property at this time. Found no water in the property inside the fenced area also at this time. The company has been approved to work with inspector Valdez until 10:30 and the business is shutting down at that time. They may have trucks that come in late after 10:30 but are only parked on site and than the worker leave unless some clean up is required on the property with brooms and rakes. At this time the case will be closed until another complaint is filed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
