04/18/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Have people staying in the unit and have no utilities due to lack of payment. T.P.D. was on site and the people were being removed from the units. Did make contact with the owner and he came to the site to have the unit secured and talk to the people in the unit. The owner did sign the paperwork and did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. The owner was making arrangements for the tenants to remove the items out of the unit. Once the people were out of the unit and the owner was working on securing the unit left the site. RV.
10/02/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The units are vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
