THERE WAS NO ONE WORKING ON THE PROPERTY PERIOD. THERE WERE NO CARS LINED UP TO BE WORKED ON. THERE IS NO SIGNAGE. OWNER SHOWED UP WHILE ON SITE, STATED HE WAS NOT RUNNING A AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. HE DOES DO REPAIRS ON HIS OWN VEHICLES. I HAVE NO EVIDENCE THAT THE OWNER IS REPAIRING ANY CARS OTHER THAN HIS OWN. NO VIOLATION AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. COMPLAINCE CLOSE CASE.
