04/05/2019	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a house of a hoarder and electrical issues. Arrived and the person in the house was fighting with someone eles on the property. The house has no clear paths to the doors and windows and has electrical on cords and added multi plugs for added outlets to connect cords. The main electrical panel was added romex and not connected properly to a breaker. Were connected to the bars with no protection. The yard id filled with trash and debris and J.M.V.s. The electrical was removed at the meter and the wires will be removed at the pole in the morning. Not able to find a gas meter and the water was on at this time. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured due to not able to locate the owner that is listed for the property. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window with the N.O.V. to Vacated. There is rats through out the house. RV.
