04/10/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved DID FIND A "NO PARKING" SIGN BETWEEN 2 TREES BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE CURB WHICH IS ONLY 30 INCHES WIDE. THE CONDO'S ARE ONLY 8 FT APART WITH A CARPORT FOR EACH UNIT. PARKING IS TIGHT. ALL RESIDENTS WITH MORE THAN ONE CAR WOULD HAVE TO PARK ON THE STREET. ALTHOUGH CALLER DOES NOT APPROVE OF THE SIGN, EVAN THOUGH THE SIGN IS IN PLACE AND OWNER DOES NOT WANT PARKING IN FRONT OF HIS CONDO , PARKING IS STILL ALLOWED. NO VIOLATION / COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
