03/27/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved TEP called that they have a unit with power and power should be off. Arrived and the unit had the electrical on and was going to be removed. TPD was on site and was going to cite for thief of the electrical for tampering. The meter was removed and blanked. Did have a smell of gas in the rear yard and called SWG. SWG did find a hole in the meter and was removed. Once the meter was changed, the meter was pinned off and will be off until the electrical is turned back on. The tenant was advised that she will not be able to stay in the unit due to lacking the electrical and now the gas is off. The owner was called to the site due to the tenant being removed. Once the tenant removed the items they needed, the owner did secure the unit. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. The owner did sign the paperwork on site. The unit was cleaned. RV.
04/01/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
