Entire complex is unsafe. There are needles in common area where children play. Residents are living in units where windows are broken and boarded up. Elevators broken, elderly disable residents struggle. Homeless ppl are allowed to sleep under stairwells. Strong smell of urine on walls and common areas. No outdoor lighting at night, creating dangerous situations for tenants. Dog feces all over area that is not cleaned up.
