Description:

added a barbed wire to top of block wall now wall over 7 feet high. ADDED 3/26/18 neighbor has installed a pickit fence above the established brick wall that divides our yard. The wall is on the west side of my yard. The pickit fence extends the wall height to about 7 to one half feet. I want to know if this is llegal or not. It makes my wall looks out of place.
