JUDGE HAS ASKED ALL PEOPLE TO SHOW BACK IN COURT ON 2/25 TO DETERMINE HOW TO MOVE FORWARD. OWNER STATES THAT OCCUPANT, ONE OF HIS MAINTANENCE PERSONAL PREPPED UNIT BEFORE HE MOVED IN, PATCHED PAINTED AND DID FLOORING, BUT NEVER MENTIONED ELECTRICAL ISSUES. OCCUPANTS CALLED PIMA COUNTY HEALTH DEPT WH SHOWED UP FOR THE ROACHES, PREP ESSENTIALS HAS ALREADY SPRAYED AND WILL SPRAY AGAIN ON 2/25/19. WILL FOLLOW UP ON MONDAY 2/25. |
